Had a great stay recently and got a lovely ground floor room that was spacious and clean. the location was ideal as it was close to the sea and there was ample parking available. the restaurant next door offered a 2 for 1 deal on meals and the food was surprisingly delicious and affordable.
The self-service check-in was a bit confusing and our key didn't come out the first time. We also had a bit of trouble getting a table for breakfast as many had already been reserved.

The drinks and breakfast at the hotel were okay and met required needs. We loved the balcony, it was good. Not far from the airport, 15 km. Perfect base for your holidays in Poole.

We had a great seaside holiday at this hotel, with clean rooms and friendly staff. the location next to the sea was perfect, and the daily room tidying was a nice touch. the breakfasts were superb and cooked to order, making for a tasty start to the day. the hotel provided a map highlighting a footpath to the town center, which was a nice gesture.
It was a shame that the distance to the town center made it necessary to drive, especially for children who couldn't walk that far.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the location was perfect. It was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to explore all the nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist me with any queries I had. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep.
There were a couple of negatives to my stay. there was quite a bit of noise from the room above me, which made it difficult to relax at times.
